The function of filter bag cage:
The filter bag cage is the rib of the filter bag and should be light and easy to install and maintain. The quality of the cage is directly related to the filter state and service life of the filter bag. Every baghouse cage we manufacture meets tightness, smoothness and verticality requirements.
What is a venturi?
In the bag filter, there is an "inconspicuous" but very important accessory - the venturi. The venturi plays the role of collecting and draining the wind and gathering the wind speed in the bag filter.
If there is no venturi, the gas injected by the injection valve will be dispersed and reach the top of the dust removal bag, which will not only reduce the cleaning performance of the bag filter, but also reduce the life of the dust filter bag. After the venturi is installed, the venturi changes the airflow from coarse to thin to speed up the gas flow rate, so that the gas forms a "vacuum" area on the back side of the venturi outlet. It can make the air flow more accurate and farther to the bottom of the dust bag, and increase the cleaning performance of the dust bag.
